Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OddsLine, an SMS-first sportsbook odds, futures, scores, and results service operated by Ndukt AI Limited ("OddsLine," "we," "us," or "our"). By using OddsLine, you agree to these Terms.

1. What OddsLine Is

OddsLine provides sportsbook market data, line comparisons, odds inventory information, live score lookups, recent result lookups, futures and outright winner odds where available, referral tools, billing links, and related informational tools by SMS and web signup flows.

OddsLine is not a sportsbook, betting operator, gambling platform, bookmaker, financial adviser, or betting adviser. OddsLine does not accept wagers, place bets, hold funds for betting, manage sportsbook accounts, or log in to sportsbooks on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located in the United States to use OddsLine. You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to you, including laws related to sports betting, gambling, and mobile communications.

3. No Betting Advice

OddsLine provides information only. Nothing in OddsLine is financial, legal, gambling, betting, or investment advice. Market data, comparisons, and messages may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or misinterpreted. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

4. Sportsbook Independence

OddsLine is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by any sportsbook. Sportsbook names, trademarks, and brand names are used only to identify market data and the source or availability of lines.

5. SMS Consent and Commands

By signing up or texting OddsLine, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from OddsLine related to your account, questions, verification, billing, support, referral activity, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your use.

Website signup requires a separate SMS consent checkbox before a verification code is sent. Phone opt-in is confirmed by a verification code sent to the mobile number you provide before your account is activated.

Text STOP to immediately unsubscribe from all OddsLine texts. STOP takes effect immediately and does not require confirmation. Stopping texts does not automatically cancel paid access.
Text START to resume messages or start a free trial if you do not already have an OddsLine account.
Text USAGE to see remaining monthly usage.
Text HELP to receive support contact information and a summary of available commands.
Text INVITE, REFER, or REFERRAL to receive your referral code and a copy/paste referral message.
Text BILLING to request a payment or billing-management link when available for your paid account.
Text CANCEL to start account cancellation. Follow the confirmation prompt to complete it.
Text DELETE ACCOUNT to permanently delete your OddsLine account, messages, usage, and preferences. Deletion requires confirmation and is not easily reversible. This is both a messaging opt-out and a data deletion request.

Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. OddsLine is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, Twilio, device settings, number blocking, or other systems outside our control.

6. Accounts, Plans, and Billing

Some OddsLine features require a paid plan. OddsLine currently offers a limited free trial and paid Starter, Pro, Sharp, and Custom plan options. Free-trial limits, paid plan limits, prices, included markets, and supported features may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until cancellation.

The free trial currently provides limited access for 3 days and 10 messages without a payment card. Starter currently includes 100 messages per month. Pro currently includes 400 messages per month. Sharp currently includes 1,200 messages per month. Custom plans are handled directly and may require a separate agreement.

To cancel, text CANCEL and follow the confirmation instructions, or contact us through available support channels. Cancellation stops future access according to the cancellation flow then in effect. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by OddsLine.

Payment checkout and billing-management links are provided by Stripe or another payment provider. Discounts and free-month offers may be made available through payment-provider coupons or promotion codes. Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts apply only through the billing checkout flow and do not create cash value. Account credits earned through the OddsLine referral program are subject to the terms of that program and may not be redeemed for cash.

7. Usage Limits and Availability

OddsLine may enforce limits on questions, live scores, recent results, markets, books, sports, inbound message volume, and other usage. We may rate-limit, go silent, pause, downgrade, or suspend usage that creates operational risk, abuse, fraud, excessive cost, or legal risk.

OddsLine may be unavailable or inaccurate during outages, provider failures, data delays, sports schedule changes, odds feed errors, SMS issues, or maintenance.

8. Responsible Use

OddsLine is for informational use by adults 21 and older. If gambling may be a problem for you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER for confidential help.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OddsLine to violate law, evade sportsbook rules, automate prohibited betting activity, harass others, scrape or resell the service, reverse engineer the system, interfere with service operations, send abusive messages, or attempt unauthorized access.

10. Third-Party Services and Data

OddsLine depends on third-party providers, including odds data providers, AI model providers, SMS and phone-verification providers, payment processors, hosting and database providers, operational alerting providers, analytics or monitoring services, and professional advisers. Third-party services may change, fail, delay, limit, or discontinue functionality.

11. Intellectual Property

OddsLine, the OddsLine name, website, software, prompts, workflows, and service design are owned by Ndukt AI Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from OddsLine except as permitted by law or written permission.

12. Disclaimers

OddsLine is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsLine and Ndukt AI Limited will not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, betting losses, gambling losses, data loss, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or damages arising from your reliance on OddsLine.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change the service or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, SMS, or another reasonable method. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Referral Program

OddsLine may offer customer referral codes. A referral is attributed when a new user signs up with a valid referral code or referral link.

Referral credits are account credits applied to both the referring user and the referred user after the referred user converts to a paid plan and remains active through one billing window. Credits reduce future billing. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Users may share referral codes without a fixed sharing limit. Automatic referrer credits are capped at $500 per user unless OddsLine approves additional credits. After the cap is reached, future referrer credits require manual review. The referred user's qualifying referral credit may still be applied even if the referrer's additional credit is pending review.

The referral program does not create an employment relationship, a commission-sales arrangement, a partnership, or ongoing revenue-sharing compensation between you and OddsLine or Ndukt AI Limited. Referral credit rates and program terms may change for future referrals.

OddsLine may suspend or terminate referral participation for abuse, fraud, violations of these Terms, or for any reason with reasonable notice.

16. Administrative Access and Support

Authorized OddsLine personnel may review account, message, usage, signup, referral, billing-event, custom-plan lead, unsupported-request, system, and odds-inventory records to operate the service, provide support, investigate errors, enforce these Terms, and improve reliability. Administrative tools are intended for internal use and may show masked or limited account details where practical.
