Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OddsLine, a text message alert service operated by ndukt AI Limited ("OddsLine," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using OddsLine, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use OddsLine.

1. What OddsLine Is

OddsLine sends automated, informational SMS alerts built from public market data published by Kalshi, a prediction market exchange. Alerts cover events such as large price moves, large trades, new markets opening, and markets closing or resolving, organized into alert groups you choose.

OddsLine is not an exchange, broker, futures commission merchant, sportsbook, gambling operator, or investment adviser. We do not accept orders, wagers, or funds; we do not place, route, or manage trades; and we never access, link to, or log in to your Kalshi account or any other account on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, located in the United States, and the account holder or authorized user of the US mobile number you register. You are responsible for complying with the laws and exchange rules that apply to you, including any restrictions on prediction market trading where you live.

3. Information Only, Not Advice

Alerts describe what a market did, such as a price, a change in price, or the size of a trade. Nothing OddsLine sends or publishes is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or gambling advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any contract. Trigger levels are editorial choices, not predictions. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Independence From Kalshi

OddsLine is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Kalshi. Kalshi's name and market names are used only to identify the source of market data. Questions about Kalshi accounts, trades, settlements, or market rules must go to Kalshi.

5. Alert Delivery Is Not Guaranteed

OddsLine is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any alert will be generated, sent, delivered, delivered on time, or delivered in order. Alerts may be delayed, filtered, blocked, duplicated, truncated, or lost for reasons that include, without limitation:

• mobile carriers, carrier spam or content filtering, carrier throughput limits, number reputation, or carrier outages;
• your device, plan, or settings, including blocked numbers, message filtering, do-not-disturb modes, a full inbox, being out of coverage, roaming, or a powered-off phone;
• delays, errors, interruptions, or changes in data from Kalshi, or outages at Twilio or our other service providers;
• maintenance, bugs, capacity limits, or outages in OddsLine's systems;
• our own delivery rules, including daily limits, quiet hours, combining duplicate alerts, and dropping alerts that would arrive too late to be useful;
• events beyond our reasonable control, such as network failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

A missed, late, duplicate, incomplete, or out-of-order alert is not a breach of these Terms and does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or damages. Do not rely on OddsLine as your only source of market information or to make time-sensitive decisions. Always confirm current prices and market details on Kalshi before acting.

6. Market Data and Accuracy

• Alerts are generated automatically from market data we receive. That data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or wrong, and so can our alerts.
• Prices change constantly. A price in an alert may no longer be available by the time you read it.
• Live sports alerts reflect market prices, not official scores or game clocks. Final results reflect Kalshi's determination of the outcome.
• Examples on our website are illustrative and use simulated prices and trades.

7. SMS Program

Program: OddsLine Kalshi market alerts. You receive recurring automated alerts for the groups you join, plus verification codes, replies to your commands, account notices, and support messages.

Opt-in: You opt in on oddsline.net by checking an SMS consent box that is not pre-checked and confirming your number with a verification code. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies with the groups you join and market activity. Each group has a daily limit, and by default alerts are not sent overnight in your local time. Message and data rates may apply.

Commands:

• STOP ends all OddsLine messages. You will receive one confirmation message.
• START resumes messages if you previously texted STOP.
• HELP returns support contact information.
• MENU lists your groups and how to change them.
• MUTE followed by a group name leaves that group. PAUSE pauses all alerts and RESUME turns them back on.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and features can change without notice.

8. Price and Billing

Trial. New accounts start with a free trial that ends after 7 days or 60 alerts, whichever comes first. No payment card is required, and the trial does not convert to a paid plan by itself.

Plans. Edge is $15 per month or $129 per year. Pro is $39 per month or $349 per year. Custom plans for higher volume are arranged directly and may be invoiced separately. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Allowances. Each plan includes a monthly number of alerts and of two-way replies, and a daily alert limit, all shown on our pricing page. If you reach your monthly alert allowance, we continue sending only the highest-priority alerts until the allowance resets. Carrier-required replies to STOP, HELP, and START are always sent and never count against an allowance. We may limit or suspend replies to a number sending abnormal volumes of inbound messages.

Renewal and cancellation. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes. We may change prices or allowances. For existing subscribers, we will give notice before a change takes effect, and the change applies from your next billing period.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Failed payments may be retried, and access may be downgraded to no plan if payment ultimately fails.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use OddsLine to violate any law or exchange rule; resell, republish, or redistribute alerts; scrape, overload, or interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; register a number you are not authorized to use; or send abusive messages. We may suspend or end your access for violations or to protect the service.

10. Third-Party Services

OddsLine relies on third parties, including Kalshi for market data, Twilio for messaging and phone verification, and hosting, monitoring, and AI providers. We are not responsible for their services, which can change, fail, or be discontinued, and their own terms may apply.

11. Intellectual Property

The OddsLine name, website, software, alert formats, and service design are owned by ndukt AI Limited or its licensors. Alerts are for your personal, non-commercial use.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OddsLine, including all alerts and market information, is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsLine, ndukt AI Limited, and their officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for any trading or other financial losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or reliance on OddsLine, including alerts that are delayed, not delivered, inaccurate, or incomplete. Our total liability for any claim relating to OddsLine will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OddsLine and ndukt AI Limited from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of OddsLine, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Responsible Use

If trading on prediction markets is becoming a problem for you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER for free, confidential help.

16. Changes and Termination

We may change or discontinue the service, or these Terms, at any time. For material changes to these Terms, we will give notice on the website or by SMS before they take effect, and continued use means you accept them. You can stop at any time by texting STOP. We may suspend or end your access at any time.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our written consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and OddsLine about the service.
