This Privacy Policy explains how ndukt AI Limited ("OddsLine," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use OddsLine, our text message alerts for Kalshi markets.

1. Information We Collect

• Signup information: your mobile number, state, age confirmation, the alert groups and team you choose, and the page you signed up from.
• Consent records: when and how you agreed to receive texts, including the version of the consent language you saw, and the result of your phone verification.
• Preferences: your time zone (estimated from your area code and state, and correctable by text), quiet hours, muted or paused groups, and daily limits.
• Messages: the texts we send you, the commands and replies you send us, and delivery status reported by our messaging provider.
• Link clicks: when you open an oddsline.net link in an alert, we record the click before redirecting you to the market.
• Billing information: if you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details directly. We store only the customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, its status, and billing events. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Usage counts: how many alerts we have sent you and how many replies you have used in the current period, so we can apply your plan's allowances.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, and logs from our website and signup form, used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect Kalshi account credentials, balances, positions, or trade history, and we will never ask for them.

2. How We Use Information

• Verify your number and create your account.
• Send the alerts you signed up for, respecting your groups, quiet hours, and limits.
• Respond to your commands and support requests.
• Understand whether alerts are useful (for example opt-outs, mutes, and link clicks) and improve which alerts we send.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and spam, and keep the service secure and reliable.
• Comply with legal, carrier, and regulatory obligations, including keeping consent and opt-out records.

3. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Message Delivery

To send texts, we share your mobile number and message content with our SMS provider, which passes them to your wireless carrier. Carriers, networks, and devices handle messages under their own policies, and delivery is not guaranteed. See section 5 of our Terms of Service.

5. AI Processing

Alerts are generated by fixed rules from market data, not by AI. If you send a free-text message that isn't a standard command, we may send that message and limited account context to an AI model provider to understand what you asked for. Please don't send sensitive personal information by text.

6. Service Providers

We share information only with providers that help us run OddsLine, under confidentiality obligations and their own terms: Twilio (SMS delivery and phone verification), Stripe (payments and subscription billing), hosting and database providers, monitoring and operational alerting providers such as Slack, and AI model providers for free-text replies. We receive market data from Kalshi, but we do not send your personal information to Kalshi.

7. Legal Requirements and Business Transfers

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or carrier requirements, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or OddsLine. If OddsLine is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction under this Privacy Policy. This never permits anyone to use your mobile number or SMS consent for their own marketing.

8. Cookies and Browser Storage

Our website uses basic browser storage for form state and rate limiting. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Retention

We keep account, consent, and message records while your account is active and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, carrier, security, and dispute-resolution requirements.

If you opt out, we keep your mobile number on a suppression list indefinitely, even if your account is deleted. We cannot honor an opt-out for a number we can no longer recognize, so this record is how we make sure we never text you again.

10. Your Choices

• Text STOP to end all messages.
• Text MUTE plus a group name to leave a group, or PAUSE and RESUME to take a break.
• Email support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

12. Age Requirement

OddsLine is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we delete it if we learn we have.

13. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to appeal our decisions about your request. We respond to valid requests as required by law.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes, we will give notice on the website or by SMS before they take effect.
