This Privacy Policy explains how Ndukt AI Limited ("OddsLine," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use OddsLine.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

Contact information, including mobile phone number, state, age-gate confirmation, and any support or custom-plan contact details you provide.
SMS content, including inbound questions, commands, replies, and outbound responses.
Account information, including plan, status, usage, signup source, verification state, trial expiration, pause or stop status, and cancellation status.
Billing information handled by our payment processor, including customer IDs, subscription IDs, payment status, plan metadata, and related billing events. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical information, including IP address, browser/device details, logs, timestamps, error data, and anti-abuse signals.
Service data, including odds queries, resolved sports/teams/books/markets/events, futures requests, scores/results requests, unsupported market or intent requests, clarification context, and system diagnostics.
Referral program data, including referral codes, invite relationships, referral status, and referral credit history, if you participate in the referral program.
Custom-plan lead data, including the contact number and message content you provide when requesting a Custom plan.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, secure, and improve OddsLine, including to:

Verify phone numbers and create accounts.
Respond to SMS questions and commands.
Track usage limits, free-trial status, account status, subscriptions, referrals, cancellations, custom-plan requests, and support requests.
Detect fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and operational failures.
Analyze product quality, unsupported requests, latency, cost, and reliability.
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, carrier, payment, and regulatory obligations.

3. SMS and Message Data

OddsLine is an SMS-first service. We store message content and related metadata so we can provide conversational context, answer follow-up questions, resolve clarifications, troubleshoot issues, enforce usage limits, and comply with opt-out, pause, resume, billing, referral, or cancellation commands.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies based on your use of OddsLine. Message and data rates may apply.

4. AI Processing

We may send message content, recent context, odds data, score data, futures data, and related metadata to AI model providers to parse requests, resolve sports/teams/books/markets/events, classify follow-up messages, and compose responses. Do not send sensitive personal information through OddsLine messages.

5. Third-Party Providers

We may share information with providers that help operate OddsLine, including SMS and phone verification providers such as Twilio, payment processors such as Stripe, odds and scores data providers such as The Odds API, AI model providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic, hosting/database providers, operational alerting providers such as Slack, monitoring providers, analytics providers, and professional advisers. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms where applicable.

6. Sportsbook Independence

OddsLine is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any sportsbook. We do not ask for sportsbook account credentials and do not log in to sportsbook accounts on your behalf.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The public website may use basic browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies for form state, rate limiting, fraud prevention, analytics, and site performance.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide OddsLine, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, improve the service, satisfy legal, tax, accounting, carrier, payment, and security obligations, and protect against abuse. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

When you confirm DELETE ACCOUNT, we delete the core OddsLine account, messages, usage counters, signup leads, custom-plan leads, referral records tied to that account, pending clarification records, unsupported-request records tied to your phone number, and unused phone-verification records from the OddsLine application database, subject to records we or our providers must retain for legal, security, tax, accounting, billing, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes. We may retain a hashed record of deleted phone numbers to prevent repeat free-trial abuse and protect the service.

9. Your Choices

Text STOP to immediately unsubscribe from SMS messages. STOP takes effect immediately and does not require confirmation.
Text START to resume messages or start a free trial if you do not already have an OddsLine account.
Text PAUSE to pause OddsLine texts and RESUME to resume them, where supported.
Text BILLING to request a payment or billing-management link when available.
Text INVITE, REFER, or REFERRAL to receive your referral code and referral message.
Text CANCEL to start account cancellation.
Text DELETE ACCOUNT to permanently delete your account, messages, usage, and preferences. This is both a messaging opt-out and a data deletion request. Deletion requires confirmation and is not easily reversible.
Text HELP to receive support contact information and a summary of available commands.
Contact us through the support channel used for your OddsLine account to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Internal Access

Authorized OddsLine personnel may access account, message, usage, signup, referral, billing-event, custom-plan lead, unsupported-request, system, and odds-inventory records through internal administrative tools when needed to operate the service, provide support, troubleshoot errors, enforce terms, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

12. Children

OddsLine is intended for users who are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children or users under 21.

13. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to appeal certain privacy decisions. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, SMS, or another reasonable method.
